Waitlist
Your email address when you ask to receive product news or an invitation.
Accounts
Your name and email address, plus a securely hashed version of your password. We do not store your password in readable form.
Payments
Stripe customer and subscription IDs, billing status and limited transaction metadata. Card details go directly to Stripe; NOXIOAI never receives or stores card numbers.
Analytics & cookies
Basic device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, visited pages, product events and cookie identifiers. Essential cookies keep the service working; optional analytics are used only where permitted or consented to.

We use personal data only for defined business and service purposes.

Create and maintain accounts, deliver software features and carry out requested automation services.

Send waitlist updates, transactional messages, service notices and replies to support requests.

How long we keep data

Waitlist data
Until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or the waitlist purpose has ended.
Account data
While your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for security, disputes and backup rotation.
Payment records
For the period required by Polish and EU accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Analytics data
According to the shortest practical period configured for the analytics service, after which it is deleted or aggregated.

Network delivery, DNS, security and abuse protection.
Stripe
Payment and subscription processing. Stripe receives payment details directly.

Waitlist, account and transactional email delivery.
Postgres in Germany
Our core service data is stored in a self-hosted Postgres database on a VPS located in Germany.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards used.
