Acceptance
By accessing or using NOXIOAI, creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional written terms may apply to a specific done-for-you project; if they conflict, those project terms control for that project.
What we provide
NOXIOAI offers software and professional services designed to help businesses automate work. Features may evolve as the product develops.
AI automation software
Tools and AI employees that generate, organise or automate business work. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approving actions.
Done-for-you services
Custom automation design, setup, integration, maintenance and related consulting agreed in a proposal or order.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Accurate information
Provide current, complete information and keep it updated.
Account security
Keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Authority
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.
Acceptable use
Use NOXIOAI lawfully and in a way that does not harm people, systems or the service.
No unlawful use
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, spam or content that violates applicable law.
No harmful automation
Do not submit malware, overload the service, scrape it abusively or automate actions that you are not authorised to perform.
No security interference
Do not bypass safeguards, probe vulnerabilities without written permission or attempt to access another user's data.
Respect rights
Only provide data and content you are entitled to use, and respect privacy, intellectual-property and third-party rights.
Payments & subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing frequency and included services are shown at purchase or in your proposal.
Billing
You authorise Stripe to charge the selected payment method for amounts due. We do not store card numbers.
Renewal
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically for the stated billing period until cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal. Access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
If you believe a refund is appropriate, contact us. We review requests individually, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes that legally apply to your purchase.
Ownership & customer content
Each party keeps ownership of what it brings to the relationship.
NOXIOAI
We own the service, software, brand, interfaces and underlying technology, excluding customer content and third-party materials.
Your content
You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it and deliver the service.
Service provided “as is”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOXIOAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that AI output will always be accurate or suitable for a specific purpose. You must review important outputs before relying on or sending them. This does not affect guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOXIOAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid NOXIOAI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using NOXIOAI at any time and cancel recurring subscriptions as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your right to use the service ends; accrued payment obligations and terms that by nature should survive remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Poland, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another law or forum. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as NOXIOAI, the law or our business changes. We will post the updated terms and revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, you should stop using the service.
